Welsummer Grove: Shenley Brook End (Completed)
Our client wanted to put their home on the market but were not happy with the current presentation of their home. It has been a wonderful family home but showed signs of being lived in. Haig Property we asked to focus on a few areas in the home, Ensuite and Hallway but after consultation with Russell who provided some advice and ideas and what could be achieved at little cost, we were asked to implement these ready for the property to go live on to the market.
Sultan Croft, Shenley Brook End:
Our client moved into a new property and wanted new electrical points installed as well as TV
mounted and cables hidden behind stud walling: Completed:
Kirkwood Grove, Medbourne:
Our client one of Haig Property Landlords passed across one of his investments from another agent
and the tenants had been living with no access to their garden due to the size of the drop from the
back French doors to the ground. It was only accessible by a row of milk crates. Also, the old decking
boards were left with nails sticking out which made it not safe for the children to play. We were
tasked with removing the old decking boards, creating a step for them to access the garden and also
lay 3 tonne of shingle to create a manageable and useable space.
